Cycling Herbs for Long Term Help

Good evening gentlemen. I find myself faced with many problems that have me very distraught. Most importantly ED and no libido. In order the fight this i have acquired some products today at the pharm. these include vit d3 2000 iu, l-carnitine 500 mg, ginseng complex 1000mg, l arginine 500 mg, zinc 50mg, ginkgo biloba 120mg, st johns wort, vitamin b12 and some others. i was hoping to start cycling this and some other things to help my issues but dont want them to lose their effect and really dont know where to begin. i have created this topic so people can share their regime and ideas with me and others. feel free to mention any other supps that you recommend or think i should steer clear of. i think it is possible to create a plan that will keep us with a bareable quality of life and ability to ravage our female counterparts until the champions of our cause find further advances to get everyone back to their manly selves. cheers to the champions and those in the struggle! May our cocks be vast and mighty once more! huzzah!! ,Billy

i’m pretty sure zinc is a natural 5 ar inhibitor… not sure you would want that because that’s what propecia is as well. you could have success on the others, i know when i used to do vitamin cycles it would def. help, but it has only been a band aid resolution. i also had to cycle them because they would work for about a week or two, then they had no effect so i had to stop for a week or two. it was as if my body was getting used to it.

Zinc picolite is fine to my experience when taken in modest amounts (eg 30mg to a max of 60mg before sleeping) but if i remember correctly st john’s wort had some issue with it but i can’t remember what. you should search about it.

Cycling 7 to 11 kinds of testo boosters on day to day basis might be beneficial since you won’t grow tolerance on any of the product this way (you grow tolerance to t. boosters REALLY easily) but i doubt that will fix the underlying issues with finasteride.
