Hi guys I am new to this forum but have been experiece side effects from ar inhibitors for some time now!
I want to create a lifestyle that is as ideal as from current understanding we think it can be. To foster the environment for the body to self heal and thrive from then on!
There is a good chance that I may be having cranial surgery to correct a genetic condition that I suffer from. I was thinking of quitting smoking if surgery is decided and generally make some permanent changes to my lifestyle for the good of my health. I thought this would be a good opportunity.
Anyway this is all unfinalised and very rough but this is where im thinking!!
quit smoking cold turkey, no nicitine aids
cut out unnatural products completly toothpaste everything
cut out sugar
keep alcohol to 5 units a week
regular moderate exercise
Amino acid supplementation via shakes with semi skimmed goats milk
lots of herbal teas - ginko green tea etc
vitamin supplementation - updating
hcg - updating
armidex - updating
I basically want to avoid putting hormones into my body altogether and stimulate as much test as possible.
Not all the stuff can be taken untill I know more about surgery etc etc but this is the future plan ish
I will up the exercise to occassional vigorous exercise when I have warmed in a got the docs ok do intense short workout to see about raising hgh. Ill get back into weigh training when I am allowed too.
Any input would be appreciated?
