Stronger morning wood. I experienced with creatine

Use the search tool on creatine in this form. Creatine tends to make everyone feel better for a short while only then to lead to a crash making people feel worse then before. It’s been tried by hundreds on here only to make a lot of people feel worse permanently, including me. Our livers and adrenals are in a vulnerable state and creatine is very taxing on those. Studies like the one who posted have been around for a long time and its one of the first things we tried in this community years ago. Its a proven failed strategy.

Same for me, I crashed hard with creatine. It gave me MORE PFS symptoms after a great honeymoon. Definitely not recommending it.

Is everyone that tried creatine and had negative results sure that its not just a coincidence of bad timing? I ask this because our bodies actually need creative and we get it from sources in our diet like beef. I realize it’s less concentrated from food, but none the less our bodies need it. I’ve been wanting to get back into weight training and using creating like I did in my college days, however all these stories have me hesitant. I guess we will never know for sure unless a medical study is conducted on the use of creation among pfs patients.

If anyone on here uses creatine on a regular basis…
For for a good length of time and has suffered no bad effects, could you please chime in. I would like to know.
