Any anecdotal information from personal experience as to whether creatine has helped any and all mental side effects?
I was on creatine for a long while.
Did nothing for anxiety.
You take creatine monohydrate? Did it do anything for slurred speech (if this wasn’t one of your side effects, sorry, there are a lot of people on here!)
The reason I ask is because even though 95% of creatine is stored in muscle tissue, the remaining 5% is stored in the testes and brain. And because creatine pulls water from other tissues into muscle tissue, I was thinking it may have some effect. Well, besides acne and dehydration of course. I’m still not sure why the hell it can cause acne.
