Is creatine something we should stay away from? I know it can increase DHT. I would like to take an electrolyte supplement by Seeking Health called “optimal electrolyte” to help support my electrolyte levels, but it has creatine in it too so unsure if that should be avoided or could a low dose of it be beneficial?
In my experience I personally feel slightly worse when taking creatine.
Some times I question myself, do we need to feel worse first to feel well after ?
maybe the body said, I don’t like it, but we need to tell the body, you better like it. and make the body to re-adapt.
I’m fairly sure creatine has been the trigger for a crash in some.
