Hi everyone I have been using this cream for hemorrhoids disease for a day, prescribed for me by my protctologist. I have third degree hemorrhoids and I will have to surgery in 4 months. Do you think the product is safe? This product is Italian, it is called THD cream.
These are the ingredients it contains:
Aqua, hamamelis virginiana leaf water, hydroxyethyl acrylate/ sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, glycerin, prunus amygdalus dulcis oil, helianthus annuus seed oil, phenoxyethanol, panthenol, phospholipids, polysorbate 60, sorbitan isostearate, boswellia serrata resin extract, microcrystalline cellulose, ethylhexylglycerin, escin, tocopherol, sodium carboxymethyl beta-glucan, trisodium ethylenediamine disuccinate, beta-sitosterol, ruscus aculeatus root extract, silica, sodium hydroxide.
This plant “boswellia serrata” worries me because I have often seen it in supplements with serenoa repens.
Do you think I could have a crash or is it a safe product?
