I read an interesting article that made me think about all the cognitive problems so many people have. I am ok now in terms of brain fog, but there was a 6 month period where I couldn’t think or remember anything. I probably could have sped up the recovery process by actively challenging my brain.

I think this “rewiring” is key to finding our way out of this mess. I’m not saying we should all learn how to juggle, but I think the best thing we can do is keep challenging our minds, never give up, and keep pushing ourselves to learn to do new things.
