Ive read on a few websites that having an abnormal cortisol pattern can cause that seemingly common (amoung us) 3am wake up and unrestorative sleep. They often recommend Seriphos at 10pm to correct the cortisol pattern. Anyone try correcting their cortisol for better sleep? Any luck?
