Im wondering all you people that live close to university hospitals like Massachusets General Hospital (isnt this a branch of harvard university or a place where harvard students get trained??)

have you presented all the finasteride related issue to such hospital endocrinologists or other related doctors?? Coz im ready to call up there some good hospital or university or medical school and ask where the hell can we turn for treatment. I mean this has become a nightmare and we cant solve all medical mysteries while the medical community has their backs turned against us

Anyone knows of good university hospitals or has any contact info in boston, new york, california of medical school endocrinology professors pls make a list im planning to start calling them and asking them whats going on. This is a joke merely, it cant be happening, having ongoing problems for years and trying to solve it on our own or with help of very few little interested parties. Ok we will go mad in the end

What I was thinking today is before that can even happen, the media needs to bring this to a national stage. Can you imagine if Dateline NBC did a show on this? Men need to come forward though and very few are doing that.

The drug came to market in 1997 so there has to be 10’s of thousands of men that are suffering the effects of this drug. It’s such an embarrassing topic of discussion though. I was a little annoyed that the secretary at my dr’s office was reading off my side effects to an endo dr on the phone right in front of me. I thought that was rather embarrassing. I can’t even imagine going on national TV to help this issue be brought to the forefront.

Big Pharma is covering up the problem and continuing to claim that sides will go away as soon as the patient stops usage. Most of the dr’s contribute to it as well. I went to hair dr and asked him if the drug would hinder my ability to have children. He told me that was fallacy and that it wouldn’t. The sad thing is this guy is the most respected hair dr in Boston.

Yes by all means, please do and let us know what they say.

One can easily do this themselves with Google. Find universities in whatever city you want to call with Google, look up the right departments on their websites, call them, and try to get in touch with your identified contacts.

Expecting other people to do the legwork for you (“pls make a list so I can call”) is pointless. If you want something done right, you need to do it yourself, nothing is stopping you from using Google except time or personal will to do so.

The same could be said for all of us, including myself. Rather than complain about it, DO something about it. Actions speak louder than words and through actions, you’ll get information and feedback, which can help move the ball forward.
