cold body temperature

Anyone else experience very cold body temperature?
I am always so damn cold, even in the summers I have a hoodie on almost always. Just the other day I was at my buddys place wearing a sweater and I was freezing and shaking, while everyone else wearing t shirts were asking if they could open a window cuz they were hot.

Anyone know how to combat this?

Your body isn’t slowly warming up? When I crashed for the first 8-12 months I was always cold, now I’m not as cold and my hands are starting to warm up as well.

12mg of T3 every 4 hours

Will probably need to take Isocort or Cortef with it as well.

same. weird.

body temperature is usually indicative of a thyroid problem isnt it?

Yeah I’m assuming that thyroid function is very much an issue with us, cold hands, loss of body hair, thinning eyebrows on the outer ridges etc. not everyone has messed up thyroid numbers which suggests even more that estrogen is involved in all of this.

Yes

I have recently supplemented with Forskolin, 5-MTHF, selenium and Zinc/Copper.
For me, its a very effective combination.

I noticed a big improvement in body temperature after taking these supplements.
Presumably this was due to an improvement in thyroid function.
