Clonidine

A lot of people here say that they may have adrenal fatigue or problems with their adrenal glands, not only that but some people have even gone as far as to say they have cured themselves by resting a lot, not drinking caffeine or consuming sugar, or even using GHB.

So I was researching quite a bit and I came across this drug called Clonidine.

Basically how Clonidine works is that it supresses the production of adrenaline while on the drug, but when you come off of it, you produce higher levels of adrenaline than before.

So I wonder if perhaps a lot of us can find relief by shutting down the adrenal glands for a certain amount of time so they can rest and recover, and then stop taking clonidine and make a full recovery.

I think someone also posted something about the Adrenal glands being higher up on a hierarchy than the sex hormone glands, and for proper sex hormone function you need proper adrenal function.

I’ve also read that long term heroin addicts have lower circulating sex hormones than non-users, and that clonidine is used when someone is going through opiate withdrawal to help alleviate this. (I found this on pubmed, I can look it up and post it if someone wants).

It would really make me happy if someone whose pretty smart can look into this a bit more and tell me what they think, this stuff sounds really interesting!

Hi!

In my country they have started a test program for 3 years where they will test out this medicine for CFS-patient (fatigue).

I think most of our problems is adrenal glands producing to much adrenaline.
