From my very limited scientific understanding –
This study was done on cultured cells in a dish. Tadalafil increased AR expression in those cells. I don’t think you should assume that this Tadalafil would be helpful for PFS though.
The Baylor study suggested that the AR was already over-expressed. Increasing expression even more will probably not help.

Without cialis I wouldn’t have anything to do with sexual activities. It is not the holy grail but it helps immensely.
