chrysin

I was looking for DIM supplements (Di-indolylméthane, that is contained in broccoli) and i find that product that it seems to be more powerful than dim supplements… what do you think about it? someone has ever took it?

“The powerful flavonoid chrysin (5,7 Dihydroxyflavone extracted from the plant Passiflora coerula) is uniquely able to inhibit the process of aromatisation that converts testosterone into oestrogens in men as they grow older and which is largely responsible for their relative feminisation, particularly gynecomastia. A number of studies have shown that testosterone levels increase when the action of the enzyme aromatase is blocked. Chrysine is therefore used in conjunction with testosterone precursors or stimulators (tribulus terrestris, tongkat ali, DHEA) to prevent the age-associated and perverse process of converting testosterone into oestrogens.”

Many ppl in here report a good effect from the brocolli treatment (protocol is listed in here on another thread). Dim could prolly be even more efficent due to higher strengt, but as with many drugs discussed in here they are not bioavailable to the body and mearly pass through our systems without effecting us enough. So for chrysin for instance theres a product called super mira forte that contains peptides to make the bioflavanoid more bioavailable that might be worth a try (think shippen even talk about this product). 1 can also have the chrysin compounded in a cream, this is also reported to have a better effect than just popin chrysin pills. Many ppl say Dim helps alot with estrogen metabolism altho i have never seen a study on it. However ppl claim it has to be a certain brand in order for it to work. I think dim/indolplex or something like that is what u would want. I have no experience with dim so i am mearly passing along info ive stumbled on in search for recovery. Try searching on mesorx.com as dim is discussed frequently there.

I did however try chrysin pills and it had no effect on me what so ever. On the other hand i dont have high e2 according to bloodtests.

Cheers.

thank you!
