Pretty funny, but apparently it increases testosterone more than sports like soccer. The article claims a 48% increase in testosterone in men regardless of age or health after chopping down trees.
It’s another way to do HIIT, that is High Intensity Interval Training. You can get the same hormonal boost with sprints, squats, weight-lifting, etc.
I hope nobody is going to the local Walmart and buy a hatchet for this purpose after this post.
