I said the sexual issues are more than likely mechanical (physical, same thing), i did not deny that they were originally caused by a biological mechanism. However, i am saying that the biological mechanism is no longer the issue, it is the physical state that the organ(s) have been left in that is the issue. This does however cause some biological problems, but only a result of the phyical problem, hence mostly physical/mechanical issue. Bare in mind that i am only talking about the sexual problems. I am not saying that the 20% biological issues do not cause more and or worse effects elsewhere in the body.
Look at this in simple terms:
Imagine you took a drug that shrunk (narrowed) the arteries going to and from your heart. When taking the drug your heart aretries start to narrow and shrink. Then you stop the drug after a period of time.
What do you think happens to the arteries from that point?
Well logic tells me that they are not going to suddenly regenerate and become like they were before. You shrank them, biologically.
And what do you think happens to the body from this point?
Well basically the blood flow to and from your heart is reduced. This is a mechanical problem, not a biological one. However, it will more than likely have biological effects - For example, reduced oxygen flow to your limbs etc.
I hope i have made myself clear. In simple terms, i think our sexual problems and potentially other health problems are along the same lines.
I’m not doing that shower/hot bath thing you speak of
