A few interviewees swear by the Chilipad for sleep, which is a device that goes over the mattress and regulates temperature to a perfect sleeping temperature. I believe this can be a great tool for insomnia so I’m going to order one. Magnesium and Yogi Carmel bedtime tea were also mentioned for better sleep.
