is anyone with persistent side effects experiencing my same sexual situation? it is very changeable, some days my erection is quite good some others is insufficient, some days penis is quite elastic some others it looks more fibrotic, sometimes libido is higher, sometimes it is lower, penis both erected and resting changes its size. Well changeable libido and resting penis size could be normal, changeable erected penis size could be due to different quality of erection, but changeable quality of erection and having a penis that sometimes feels as hard as a stone when resting is not normal at all. And my sexual situation is not the same for more than 3 consecutive days, it is like a cyclic condition like 1 day very good (very good compared to my present situation, however i’m never as before propecia), 1 day good, 1 day quite bad , 1 day bad, 1 day very bad, 1 day good, 1 day very good and so on. Is anyone having the same problem and what could it be due to? To the contrary the only thing that never changes is that my penis glans is never full, even when i have the best erections i can have now, it is never full, it is full just for 1 second if i commit myself to get it full, but it doesn’t last, it shrinks immediately. The same question as before, who has the same issue and what could its cause be?

when I can have erections the glans is nerver full.
It is due to an alteration in the nerve signal.
I have been diagnose with this, my nerves are affected by what seems to be an oedema and chronic inflammation.

problem: currently nerve exams for the pelvic area only show 10 to 20% of nerve conditions.
so it is very difficult to have a good diagnosis.
sorry i’ve read your answers just now. I’ve always thought that my problems were/are due to some neurological or nervous issues, don’t think i have something like androgen insensivity. Actually some days recently i’ve had very good erections and glans looked quite full, so i think glans never full is just something related to bad erections, not a different issue.
i wonder why, what is happening to me?? i had 1 month and a half of sensible improvements, sometimes i was very close to pre-finasteride shape, when the last 2 days completely impotent!!! i am like i was from august 2010 to april/may 2011, completely impotent. i want to know where is the problem, what got suddenly worse, it isn’t logical, this illness is completely out of this world. at least penile tissue seems hasn’t been affected by these worsening, it seems still quite elastic.
