Quick translation of the conclusion to English:

Recent data indicate that antidepressants, inhibitors of 5α-reductase (finasteride, dutasteride) and isotretinoin may cause persistent effects on sexuality, which may last for months or years after stopping treatment: decreased desire, anesthesia genital pain, genital pain, erectile dysfunction, inhibition of lubrication, ejaculation problems, anorgasmia.

Before starting a treatment with any of these drugs, it is advisable to inform the patient about it. At the same time, we must be aware of the possible role of pharmacological treatment in patients with new-onset sexuality problems.

This is great to see our problems getting global attention. Assuming this was spurred by a similar recent pharmacovigilance publication by RxISK discussing these 3 drug classes.

Yeah, looks like RxISK have drawn the attention. Good job!

It’s just a matter of time guys and all will be clear
Problem is how much more time we just don’t know but if we all stick together keep pushing things forward by visiting doctors explaining the situation we are in it will become a familiar sound within the doctors surgery.
Theirs alot of guys out their keeping quiet about things or they just haven’t put two and two together due to drink or other drugs and then theirs always the biggy who wants to admit they have sexual dysfunction it takes so much away from a man his life will never be the same .
God help us all because the doctors won’t be helping any time soon.

Chin up guys keep working away at living day by day the best we can.
