Cardio is helping my ED

I recently moved into a new place on October 1st and have since been walking to work 20 minutes each way (to/from), plus another 10 during lunch break… so about 50 minutes of cardio/walking a day.

I have to say I am impressed with what this has done for me in all areas, but particularly erection abilities – since walking to work, I notice I am able to get hard easier, and STAY hard… ie, I don’t lose the erection after penetration.

Now, it could just be coincidence that I’m now 13 months off proscar 1.25mg/day and my body is healing itself… but I think the walking definitely is helping blood flow to the genitals. I still have shrinkage when flaccid, and things still feel pretty lifeless/numb down there, and I dont get turned on like I used to… but if/when I do, my plumbing has been working better the past month than it has since I quit the drug.

I will do an update to my Personal Profile story in the coming month or two about where I am at progress-wise, I have definitely made some improvements since my last Profile post, but still having issues.

So, if you haven’t already – start doing a lot of cardio… see what happens “down there” for you after a month!

As of today (December 1, 2006) I have been off for 14 months (1 year, 2 months).

Ive noticed too improvement with cardio with my symptoms but I cant over do it otherwise I take a big nosedive. My tolerance level for strenious exercise aint very good.
