I think that’s a mental issue. Anxiety/overly focusing on climaxing can definitely affect your ability to do so. You need to be relaxed and enjoying yourself in order to achieve it.

Could be PIED mixed with PFS, have you had PIED?
It’s really strange, I have no problem maintaining an erection during sex but my penis becomes completely numb inside a vagina. Even though PFS decreased penile sensitivity, it’s not completely numb while watching porn. Could it be that my body has got used to achieving orgasms only with my hand?
Yeah could be mental. It’s hard not to think about pfs, even during sex. It’s like I know that something isn’t right with me
