Not too sure where to post this; so I started under general.
Recently I went on the paleolithic diet (cutting out all dairy, grain and starches) and noticed by erection became significantly stronger.
Whilst on this diet I also went to Amsterdam, where I partook in smoking cannabis (a dopamine agonist) whilst there I noticed marked improvement in sleep and also in nocturnal and morning erections, but still suffered from lack of libido.
When I returned to the UK I went out one night and has a smoke (cannabis) and a few alcoholic drinks, I met a girl and we had sex. Erection was good, and the ugly head of PE didn’t rear itself. It was in fact the opposite, I was like my old self again. There was something I could attribute to an orgasm but it was no where near back to how it was.
Now these chemicals welcome effects also arise independantly from each other (I can either smoke or drink and the effect is the same). It’s not ideal and I don’t want to depend on substances for the negative sides I’ve experienced to go or lessen.
