I don’t know why I waited so long to do this, but I encourage every canadian with PFS to declare all of your symptoms to Health Canada. I will make it easy for you. Here is the link:

Good point. And on a related note, the World Health Organization has a global drug monitoring program (based somewhere in Sweden, I think).
They also publish a list of more than 100 participating nations. I found it on the PFS Foundation Resources page:
