Can you have prostate issue without urine problems?

I don’t have any of these urinary symptoms but I have premature ejaculation…can the prostate be inflamed or effected without urinary issues?

Yes, I think that this is the condition of many old men (after 50/60 years many, if not all, men have prostatic hypertrophy).

Bph does have urinary symptoms such as frequency, waiting to start a stream, etc I mean zero urinary issues, tnx

Not always.
After 50/60 all men have bph (increasing year after year), but not all have urinary symptoms.
