I had some some succses with Cabergoline and Testobooster with Maca, Boron, Tribulus and D- Apartic-Acid.
Now I want add Pygeum for my prostate and increasing sperm count, BUT it’s a natural 5ar/DHT inhibitator.
Is it worth it?
Are there any reports that it can cause/worsen PFS? I found only something from Saw Palmetto.

Don’t take any DHT inhibitors man. Saw palmetto sealed the deal for me, and its “natural”
