Your natural testosterone production will be shut down, yes and you will likely experience testicular atrophy until your body recovers (either with PCT drugs such as clomid, or naturally). The chance of becoming infertile after taking proviron or any steroid for that matter is fairly low. But then again so was the chance of getting PFS…
