I took Omega 3 tablets this morning (normally take them in the afternoon) and felt great for a little bit and then noticed a strong drop off in my mood around 3 and started feeling irritable and stressed out, not sure why. I took a few more Omega 3 tabs thinking it would help but I began feeling worse I think. Either that or my body or mind have a self-destructive way of handling stress. I should mention I also took L-theanine today as well, could the two have a negative reaction?
I consistently take omega 3 supplements as well as green tea extract supplements and I drink green tea each day, and I notice no side effects, so from my experience my opinion would be that your moods have nothing to do with those supplements. I don’t believe there’s a connection between the two.
