Can Merck GET any more corrupt?

Read’em (the headlines below) and weep.

Or, as in my case, jump for joy – because the evidence of Merck as a criminal enterprise mounts almost daily…

The best part is, in the past 5 trading days, Merck’s stock has fallen from 60.18 to 54.73.

Sell you opshinz while you cans, Mista Frazah.

‘Cause they’s only goin’ south from here.

I cannot fathom why the US government doesn’t seize all of Merck’s assets and toss all of its employees in prison.

Can someone explain this to me?

Follow the money.

That’s why we need to expose – and prosecute – as many of their criminal activities as possible.

If their stock price sinks to $1 a share, they will not be able to perpetuate their epic series of malfeasance.

MRK now down 2.3%, its lowest level since February.

Did you sell any shares yet, Mistah Fraizah? The clock iz ticking.

Another day, another Merck scandal:

Merck and Ranbaxy Settle Allegations of Overcharging Medicaid Programs
—The Wall Street Journal, Oct. 16, 2014

This one cost them $31 million.

A drop in the bucket, true.

But always a good day when Merck has to pay for its crimes.

Of course, “Merck did not admit to any wrongdoing.”

How are these bastards still in this job?

It’s like our mayor is Rudolf Hess, our senator is Josef Mengele, our governor is Hermann Göring and our president is Adolf Hitler.

But no one’s doing anything about it.

How much worse can it get before someone puts a stop to the evil that is Merck?

Meanwhile, I’m please to see The Wall Street Journal printing comments here…

Memo to Merck. Those highly sensitive documents should have been encrypted and password protected, along with a ledger indicating who has requested access to those files. REALLY dumb letting rose data hang out there on a shared server.

By now it should be clear that Merck is a criminal enterprise. From the Vioxx holocaust to its still-developing mumps-vaccine anti-trust case, this is a company waiting to implode. As such, I keep my portfolio $MRK-free.

Rupert Murdoch is obviously NOT a fan.

If I sued Merck I would demand not money but that they start research into pfs and find a treatment, they can do it if they wanted to. Hell, I’m bloody close just working on my own, if I can get myself to 80-90%, they can.

Good point, but that would be an admission of guilt.

Merck wants only to sweep all the (literal) bodies under the rug, pay as small of a fine as possible, then move on to their next malfeasance.

Well, guess what? I got two words for them:

Elie Wiesel.

Let’s make the sure the world NEVER forgets the horrors that Merck has perpetrated on humanity.

Can Merck get any worse at data security?

I’m not surprised. These people should be kicked off the face of the earth.
