Guys is it possible? i had sex for the first time since taking finasteride and stopping and i swear my penis has changed. It’s just not as big and full as it used to be. I swear to god. It used to be like a rock a hard big rock . I was about to hve sex and looked down and it seemed way smaller . First of all, penile shrinkage and changes are incredibly common among PFS sufferers, loss of length and girth, as well as “PFS Peyronies” whereby it develops a curve, often to the left. Also, testicular shrinkage.
What you describe is nothing out of the ordinary here. Sorry to hear you have gone through this.
However, a lot of people who report full recoveries report their penis returning to pre-PFS state upon recovery, even when their penis has been very badly affected.

I haven’t recovered but one of the things I have had come back on two occasions very strongly (not directly linked to medication) is spontaneous erections - so it’s one of the hints I know the wiring is still there for but it’s obviously scrambled.
Some people find Arginine or Citrulline help with penis size as nitric oxide (which these stimulate) promotes blood flow to genitals.

Lack of androgens of penis will lead to shrink. I think you can recover if the androgen flow is restored

Is it also possible after 5 years of suffering? I start to lose hope. I wish it is just 100% reversible. Some people talk about tissue loss and others say there isn’t tissue loss due to one night “full recoveries”. But im kinda skeptic about their full recoveries though…
Anyone can give some hope or fact checks about penis changes?
