Can crashes happen unexpectedly without taking any supplements or medications because I’ve suddenly start to become weak with insomnia aswell as all the symptoms I had previously returned could it be another medical condition at this point because I didn’t take anything to cause this my penis hasn’t shrank this time either BTW I previously didn’t have insomnia and weakness

Yeah it can. So much is unknown about all this.
Could this be something else this time tho because I didn’t consume anything anti androgenic and this all happened over the course of a week and not overnight
I developed tinnitus and peyronie’s disease 4 months after the crash.
I’ve suffered a number of crashes some explainable many not. It’s like walking around with a grenade in your pocket. Some of us are extremely sensitive to most things, physical exercise, walking, peristalsis, noise,environmental factors, multiple foods etc

Stress is a common factor. Any unusal stress? Excessive fapping too.
