Can anyone tell me if Cialis inhibits DHT?

Hi all, just a quick question

I am considering taking Cialis to increase blood flow to my penis after suffering penal shrinkage from crashing on DIM a few months ago

I am hoping it will give me bigger erections and a general sense of more fullness down there along with keeping an increased blood flow to the region too

Now can anyone tell me can Cialis block DHT?

If so, I would assume that would be detrimental to me as I believe DIM did something to my DHT and I don’t want to compromise it further.

I don’t think so, I’ve never heard that PDE-5 inhibitors can inhibit DHT

I read today that Cialis can be used in the treatment of BPH and wondered does it involve DHT in that mechanism

I never seen anything saying Cialis would decrease DHT.

It can however change expression of both androgen and estrogen receptors. If it’s good or bad is up in the air.
