Caffeine increases DHT by enhancing 5-alpha reductase


Caffeine and energy drinks definitely help me.
Caffeine increases T and DHT concentrations and also AR tissue expression.
I never had a crash due to caffeine or similar stimulant and also paradoxally relaxing me like pseudoephedrine.
So the fantastic theory about crash and recovery failure due to AR and 5AR overexpression is completely bullshit and in fact none clinical trial was able to prove it.
