by what mechanism prolactine drives your testosterone low?

I need to know the mechanism. I know it is a big cause of infertility in men and women but how?

Does it saturate ARs and T converts to E and then through negative loop back E drives our LH and FSH to go down?
OR
high prolactine cuases damage to brain and pitutary?
