I’ve noticed that the blood vessels in my penis are very thick and prominent. They protrude quite a bit. In particular, there’s a vein or artery on the underside of my penis which bulges out after ejaculation, to the extent that it causes my non-erect penis to be somewhat lopsided for a while following ejaculation. Could this be vasculitis?
