for anyone that has successfully built muscle with pfs to chime in. Was building muscle harder or was it the same prior to pfs?

It is possible, but you will not get same results pre-fin. I found muscles reacted quickly and made good gains but then actually started leveling off and then believe it or not, started getting weaker with each week that I lifted. I’m 45 and was able to do 3 reps of 225 on the bench press at the peak.
