long time looker, when on propecia noticed testicle painwithin a week, now im like 5 1/2 months off propecia and my breasts are bigger and still having erection problems, but my concern right now is the breast what should i do about them, and what is it telling me about my body?
It’s probably high prolactin. Get your blood tested. Prolactin’s only “known” use in the body is in women & lactation for infants.
Finasteride can alter androgen/estrogen ratio in men to be in favor of estrogen. Gynecomastia (male breasts) can be the result of this, hence why it’s listed as a possible side effect on the labelling.
Besides Free/Total Testosterone and TSH, I’d get your Estradiol, Estrone and Estriol levels tested, along with Prolactin.
i meant i have bigger nipples not breasts, could i just leave this alone and it will subside by itself??
It may or it may not. It would be advisable to get bloodwork to see what is going on. If you have elevated estrogen or prolactin levels then perhaps getting them under control may help. If not, you might need to consider cosmetic surgery to remove the fat, or simply leave it as is.
o but i dont think i have fat its just the nipples are like double its normal size

You do realize you titled this thread “breasts are bigger”, you’ve stated that in your opening post, yet are now changing your tune to be “nipples are bigger”, right?
Anyway, I and others gave you our recommendations: get bloodwork. What you choose to do is up to you, I have nothing more to add here.
ok gothya
