BREAKING NEWS: BOSTON UNIVERSITY STUDY ON PERSISTENT SIDE EFFECTS!

BOSTON IS BACK BABY!!
Have you all heard about the Boston University study on persistent sexual side effects from finasteride?

It was plastered on the front cover of a Boston newspaper Wednesday. An article titled “Bald and Bonerless!!”

I saw it on the front cover of the Metro newspaper, which is a subsidiary of the Boston Globe. It was written because of, and refers to an alleged recent study done at Boston University Medical Center. I hope this was also in newspapers across the nation. If not, I assume it will be soon.

Btw, I guess Irwig is publishing another paper. He sent me an email request to fill out another questionnaire BEFORE FEBUARY 1ST.

Also, Dr. Jacobs, is now working on a report. His office just sent me a multi-page questionaire with which they would like me to participate.

Boston,

I frequent boston.com all the time. I couldn’t find it on their website, but i found this. The more studies, the better.

No, it was front page of the Metro, Wednesday, January 26th.

“Bald and Bonerless!” with a picture of a bald guy grabbing his nuts with a surprised look on his face!

I picked it up and read it while sitting at Starbucks on Newbury street. It made my heart sink for a bit, but it then gave me a longer calming, almost sigh of relief…

It has been a long lonely road, and to know there is a class action suit probably on the way, finally, probably a flood of public awareness coming, and now possible help on the horizon makes me happy.

I know sensitivity isn’t exactly the strong point of a tabloid newspaper but christ what a headline. Even though it’s a good thing that word is getting out I’ve yet to read an article that mentions the fact that people have committed suicide as a result of these side effects, or the fact that Merck has done everything in it’s power to keep it covered up. I read another article recently that seemed more concerned with how this news would effect Merck’s share price.

Or what about being so brain fogged out that you dont care about bonners

Great news to see more coverage… The last few months have seen a lot of progress. But I dislike the way the media treat the condition.
