Hang in there, research is underway. Exercising, as unappealing as that probably sounds to you right now, will help clear some of your brain fog. Give it a shot, exercising canโ€™t hurt you.

Do not take propecia again.

Lots of people get worse with subsequent doses.

Yes throw it in the bin where it belongs mate
Finasteride seems to either work and give very minimal side effects or it works but gives you a multitude of side effects.

Id say thatโ€™s an incorrect statement as exercising actually worsens some people on this forum. Mostly the more severe cases but we havenโ€™t evaluated if this OP is a severe case so suggesting exercise probably isnโ€™t a great idea.

Thanks for your input, but I think he should try exercising and let him draw his own conclusions. If his biggest issue is brain fog, I can site several studies that suggest exercise improves cognitive flexibility and helps with depression. So before you go shit all over somebodyโ€™s suggestion @gents93, like you so often do, let him try for himself

Clearly, I have struck a sensitive nerve with you.
You donโ€™t need to cite anything, I am not disagreeing with the fact that exercise does much more than solely improve muscle strength and cardiovascular health. I donโ€™t know if youโ€™re aware, based on many anecdotal reports on this condition, things that may NORMALLY benefit someone, now either do nothing, or do the complete opposite. Itโ€™s completely variable and it depends on how severely you were affected.

Trying something as harmless as exercise I would say is a complete gamble. You could surely ask awor how harmless milk thistle may seem with its liver protection benefits. It is something I have used in the past with no adverse harm. However it sent his symptoms into over drive, permanently. Really think about the word permanent here.

I present here with mindfulness and care. I am thinking of what could happen to the OP and god forbid something did happen, it wouldnโ€™t be any skin off your back for suggesting something you truly donโ€™t understand.

My suggestion would to be check with Awor or Axolotl to help determine if youโ€™re a severe case. There are no FDA guidelines or guidelines developed by doctors to determine if youโ€™re a severe case but I have noticed and I am sure they have noticed that there a few key symptoms that separate someone who has a severe case from others whom have been affected. It does not take a rocket scientist to take notice of this.

Not to sound like noprop, but I will list a few.

  1. Worsening of symtoms after orgasm.
  2. Worsening or bettering of symtoms after consumption 5ari foods.
  3. Constant & intense prostatic or pelvic pain
  4. Penile degradation + complete impotence
  5. Severe fatigue

Not sensitive, but itโ€™s very bothersome to me that we paint this picture for newcomers (or existing members, whatever the case may be) that they are a handicap case and will be for the rest of their life. To discourage someone from doing something as simple as exercising which is vital to live a healthy lifestyle sounds ludicrous to me. I understand what youโ€™re intentions are, and Iโ€™m aware there are novel and very rare cases where people have worsened after working out. But based on the symptom he described I donโ€™t think it would hurt to get in the gym. My apologies for being rude in my last comment.
