I cycle them because of information I found on this site: boost-your-low-testosterone. … rally.html
The site owner actually became a member of this site after we had correspondence back and forth on another issue. I made him realize that the reason for his low T was probably propecia, as he had taken it for a few months in his past, basically when all of his problems started. He had no idea that it was from the finasteride until I introduced him to this site. He has since made a page on his site about the dangers of propecia and low T. So, more spreading the word which is good.
Anyway, the reasons for cycling the supplements is that if you don’t, they stop working, like you’re not even taking them. When you cycle them, they work EVERYTIME you take them, like clock work. So, stock up, and take them once a week max, move on to the next one, etc.
I take the E lowering supps about once or twice a week. I also take them instead of taking a T booster one day.
I have also started combining supps for really strong reactions which I am enjoying the feeling immensely. For example, when I take Tongkat and Tribulus together, whew, man do I feel like a king. I really tear up the weights at the gym. Another good combo I like for mental clarity is CDP Choline with ginseng. This is really good for mental work when you need to focus strongly. I take twice the recommended dosage and then that’s it. I won’t touch it for another 7-10 days.
I’m to the point now where I am taking a day or two off a week without taking any supplements. I’m starting to get what I call the supplement hang-over. This is a good thing. Basically I call it this because I can still feel the hormonal juice the next morning into the next day. No need to take anything if I’m still feeling it! Plus, I notice when you take two days off and then hit the supps again, you will get super juiced that day. I can basically plan out how I’m going to feel and when. I’m no longer worried that I’m not going to be able to perform at the meeting in front of a shit ton of people or that I’m not going to be able to perform in the bedroom. All of that has changed for me. It’s to the point now where I can create an internal symphony with supplements if you will.
Granted, I don’t think they would work as good as they do if I didn’t do all the supporting things to like a T boosting diet (which is huge and actually more then supportive) T boosting exercises, the right amount of sleep, etc.
Try it. You’ll be surprised at how great it works. Haven’t you ever noticed that you’ll start taking a supplement and at first, it feels great, like its supposed to, then, it just stops working? This is the way around that.
