Curious why you are looking to boost it? I wasn’t even aware of NO, but after crashing off the infrared light I was looking into the reasoning and saw suggestions that it boosts NO.
L citrulline does but it’s nowhere near PDE5 inhibitors. Was going to try vardenafil as it’s more selective and has a greater chance of no side effects.
It helps with skin and your wang. Just struggling to find something that doesn’t crash us
Interesting I will look into that. Ive heard of ppl crashing of arginine and citrulline so those are out for me cant risk it
It’s very mild maybe an hour or so. A lot of people use it before going to the gym.

No dr here in ontario does fmt unless you have cdeficil. Theres only 2 hospitals that do it
