Bone Broth Protocol

Hello Gents. My last attempt to better my health didn’t yield much improvement, I attempted the following antibiotic
protocol :metronidazole (500mg 3x a day for 10 days) and paromomycin (1,000mg 3x a day for 5 days).

I needed a little time to get over the disappointment, but here I am about to do some more experimenting. I’ve been reading about the ancient bone broth approach to healing the body…so I’m giving it a go. What I’m doing:

  1. Hitting a ketogenic Diet (No carbohydrates)
  2. Low rep heavy weight exercises with high intensity interval training at least 5x a week.
  3. I made approximately 2.5 gallons of bone broth.
    - Bought organic beef marrow bone ($20)
    - Used a chicken carcass after eating the meat ($4)
    - Added 3 dry bay leaves, peppercorns, celery, 1 onion, garlic and asparagus
    -Simmered for 14 hours, added the veggies and garlic for the last 3 hours.
    -Strained the broth and saved the beef bones for the next batch.
  4. I’m also taking a “super food” “green” mix: Athletic Greens, 1 scoop mixed in coconut water
  5. Taking Vit. D
    After 2 months, I might apply a little progesterone and see how I react.
