Body temperature

Guys please report your body temp when you feel like shit and when you feel fine to observe any differences.
Mine was always low at approximately 36’C when feeling bad but i observed that my temp was 36,6’C or 36,8’C when feeling ok.

Another question only for the people who have made significant progress: Did you feel that you made progress after a mini crash or a period that you felt completely shit?
From my personal experience i felt the 2 steps forward one step back kind of thing that a lot of people describe…

Please report.

When better, more sweat, more body odor, probably higher body temp, can breath more clearly, less brainfog, can think and remember better, more sensitivity and larger penis, sometimes better nocturnal a and AM erections, think about sex and women.

When bad, usually less bloated, dry, dry red skin, no night time or Am erections, I get more secluded and less social, memory problems, less sensitivity, less interest in sex or relationships

I would say I have had my best improvements following my worst mini crashes

Actually i am better than ever and most days i feel 100% which gives me hope that this condition is not permanent and our bodies are not trapped in a scaled down homeostasis.
Nevertheless, something is triggering a negative response which is causing troubles and we must identify this, since our bodies cannot correct it.
I do not think that diet has much to do in our case, i understand that a clean diet is beneficial for general wellfare but diet itself cannot fix us.
Exercise is a different story, through intense workouts the body responds by releasing hormones as it tries to adapt to pressure. Like when you lift weights the body responds by growing more muscle fibers.
When we feel bad, most of us are in a state like the body do not respond to our hormones, thyroid is down, testosterone/androgens down etc. I am starting to believe that this pfs is triggered by our own bodies as a defense mechanism/negative response. Like a system shutdown. Remember that the human body is so smart and adaptable that in every sense of danger it responds accordingly. When we are feeling fear it releases adrenaline/cortisol, when feeling happy serotonine/dopamine etc.

The depression/extreme anxiety/brain fog people are experoencing is likely due to interruption of hormonal pathway to brain neurosteroids causing a partial interference with brain functions.

This locked state our bodies are trapped in, is likely what pfs actually is.
There is no other sensible explanation in my head right now, the body not using its hormones seems right to me when people here report symptoms like loss of body hair, slow beard growth, bloating, libido issues, depression, change of body composition etc.
Another issue is when you get moments of recovery, at these times you are extra horny, cheerful, and have clarity of mind. For these reasons i believe the receptors are not resistant, but sensitive to the relevant hormones.
What do you guys think?

I just started year #5 of my recovery attempt. Beginning at the date when I stopped taking Propecia.

I can clearly recall the low body temps from the first two years. I even had a heat pad placed under the covers near my feet, under a down comforter, to keep my feet warm. And I live in SAN DIEGO!

I also recall a doctor visit where I complained of being cold all the time and not understanding why or what was causing it.
No diagnosis or answer at the time.

And recently, it’s like I’ve had another crash… unreal fatigue, listless, worthless, unmotivated and no energy. And I’m crying a lot more lately.

I’m working out, eating right, doing the methylation pathway regimen, not doing TRT, taking a lot of vitamins and supplements. Basically doing all the things I found to be beneficial on this web site.

So… I’m stumped. Is this a pre recovery crash to signify my body is finally recovering or just a continuation of what I should expect until I …

Dudes… how about you both try adrenal glandular extract/cortex from Iherb? Like… that listness and apathy for me was DIRECTLY related to adrenal fatigue, it’s so bizarre how much it is. Try taking 1 pill when you have a low temperature or low swing and see if it helps or makes you over-wired/anxious. Unrefined sea salt is a great addition besides glandular extract if it’s adrenal fatigue related… I’m not sure how safe it is to use that extract constantly over a longer period of itme.

Another thing to try is l-tyrosine for brainfog & apathy (i’m looking at you towm8er). Dopamine is made from it. I avoid lot of brainfog problems with that.

do you have any probs ordering through iherb and customs? i’m ordering through amazon UK and its quite expensive…
how much is the transport?

Can you tell me which is the supplement you are talking about?

Thanks
