Body pains/weakness/crashing

Hey Guys,

I wanted to know if anyone else is /feels super sensitive to ANY excersize and sex, muscle weakness twitches/ bad shaking in thigh’s after sports or sex and a general feeling of just plain utter uselessness fatigue + weakness : how do we get stronger if our bodies just keep crashing after excersize and sex? Like for real.

  • Androgen sensitivity problems even ACETYL L CARNITINE )
  • I tried taking nothing for like 1.5 years now.( Thought that would help it but it hasn’t )
  • body doesn’t seem to be getting any better( still weak) bloods seem normal.
  • still 80% of time no libido and erectile weak.
  • how to manage this in a relationship ?

I just feel lost at the moment.
I need help and support from ppl going through this too.

Looking for any help or insight like what you guys are trying?

Only thing that seems better is not so much brain fog these days.

I have most of all the sides
Crashed in 2015 from Saw Palmetto and natural 5ari’s .

For me is avoiding any stressors and stick mostly with carnivore diet,also i can’t exercise because beside the syndrome i got heavy chronic fatigue after six months from the first crash.
Now after three years I’ve got some good days with very mild symptoms and other not so much.
Other than that carnivore diet was helpful for sure.

Hey Dryed, thanks for sharing your experience man, I’ve also found a meat diet is helpful and seriously the only thing that makes me feel a little bit better now that you mentioned that… wandering though if amino acids would help? Or something to stipulate/replicate this meat approach
