Body feels like it's vibrating - worst when trying to sleep

Does anybody experience this sort of feeling at times?

I had a terrible time trying to sleep last night, my whole body was vibrating as if pins and needles were about to come on or something. You might read this and think it’s hypochondriac behavior, but actually there are quite long threads about it on other health boards - consisting mainly of menopausal women experiencing the same thing. I would say that anxiety could be to blame but today i actually felt pretty good and wasn’t thinking about my issues at all.

This is very hard to describe so i apologise if it’s hard to understand what this this is; here are some links to others experiencing the same thing:

This sort of thing really gets me down to be honest. I had a phase where i could sleep relatively OK and now at 15 months all hell has broke loose again. It’s funny that often it’s when i begin to feel better that things get severe afterwards, it’s as if my body can’t handle how it used to function.

I’ve been getting some very strange nerve like feelings for the past couple years. Currently have recurrant tingling in my feet. Have had tingling on the back of my testicles for the past 2 1/2 years. Doc didn’t know what to make of it so gave me the prostatitis diagnosis with 28 days on Bactrim. That seemed to give a minor boost in libido, but tingling is still there. Also have some type of wierd nerve that run down the inside of my left leg to my foot semi regularily. Only thing I’ve had that felt like vibrating was one of the rare instances when I was trying to party recently and I drank some absinthe. Whole body was vibrating/tingling when I went to bed.

No it is not in your head. I have the same feelings. My body and hands shake like very very old man (I would say 90 or 100 year old male). The same feeling about pin and needles. Thanks God after taking Vit D3 it is manageable now.
