Blood work

Well, the morning of my bloodwork I had a significant morning erection (first one in at least a month). Since then I have had erections every morning (strong ones). I have also had erections spontaneously throughout the day over the past week. I went on a trip with my wife and we had intercourse at least twice per day. Initially, I tried cialis (once) (very potent stuff!) but after the cialis wore off I continued to be a “horn dog”. Brain fog, difficulty clearing throat, afternoon fatigue, headaches continue although may be slightly improved. I have lost about 10 lbs ( I am down to about 157 lbs).

thanks for any input and ideas

These results have me a tad bit perplexed.

My total T is low but so is my E2. My DHT is ok although would like to see it slightly higher (>50). I would like to see my Free T slightly higher. My % free T could also use a slight bump up.
My SHBG could use a bump down to between 20-25. What has me perplexed is the LH which is in the upper limits of normal. Could it be that my body is starting to recover, thereby, the increase in LH is now turning my testicles back “on” and the result is improved symptoms as i have indicated in my initial post above? I have also noticed increasing hairloss. Not sure what to make of this, but clearly minimal tweaking may be in order, although I will likely take a wait and see approach. I would use TRT as a last resort at this point. Any input would be significantly appreciated. thanks
