Hey guys, I haven’t posted here in a while, but I hope you guys are doing better. Anyways, I stumbled across a small tip that may help some of you all out, basically through trial and error I have learned that anything that thins the blood is BAD NEWS for EQ. This includes ibuprofen, vitamin E, etc. I didn’t realize it for a long time but for guys in our fragile state, having too thin of blood makes it very hard to get/keep an erection. Of course this could be just me, but I am telling you all this because it might help some of you all out. Another thing is, it works the other way as well, from what I have seen, if you can thicken your blood (i use vitamin K) then erections seem to be easier to maintain and it is easier to kegel blood in and actually keep it there. Take it from me, its virtually impossible to kegel and keep blood in your erection if your blood is too thin. I still haven’t figured out whether or not the actual mechanism is blood viscosity, or blood pressure, but I think both may have a role to play in optimal EQ. Probably the best combination is thick blood and high-ish blood pressure. Anyways, I hope this was helpful to you guys.
i just realized that since thickening my blood with vitamin K, I can now kegel myself to an erection, without using my hands at all. The difference that blood viscosity makes is absolutely amazing, that being said I want to add that vitamin K will do NOTHING for libido or any other side effects, all it does AFAIK is thicken your blood and improve your ability to get/maintain an erection. (especially combined with kegeling)
