- Alternatively you can buy a 24 hour urinary hormone collection kit, for individual hormones which you select, and you can get the test results sent to yourself, and you do not need a medical professional adviser issued lab requisition - from Pathlab in Melbourne, Australia.
Pathlab will airmail the collection kit to you, and you can airmail the sample back to Pathlab.
The specimens are preserved in boric acid, which is a reasonable preservative, provided you airmail the samples back in reasonable time.
Pathlab will test any urinary hormone either individually, or as a group - and you can nominate each of the hormones in a group (including GH).
