I donated 1 point of blood yesterday and have crashed. I felt fine immediately after the donation but felt tired in the afternoon. This passed after a few hours with a good meal etc then I felt ok again. I did check on here first but didn’t notice any issues with blood donation. Anyway just a warning if you’re sensitive to crashing or feel unwell.
