Does anyone has a problems of their gums bleeding everytime they brush? Is this an indication of some sort of bacteria?
are you sure they are gums.
I have been spitting blood after saw palmetto. My doctor though it is gums I went twice to my Dentist but it was not gums.Blood was coming from my soft tissues from my esophagus or stomach.
I had that problem, but it wasbecause I was on the paleo diet…It tends to happen when you eat a lot of “stringy” meats such as chicken and steak… They got lodged up inside your gums and cause irriation… I recommend flossing lol…
Yes I did. I was prescribed a rinse called Peridex which helped. The problem arose for me a few months before I came off fin.
This happens if you don’t floss enough. It has nothing to do with Fin.
Horrible thread. We have a real medical problem that has nothing to do with dental issues. Again, people making crazy proclamations and wrecking the credibility of people suffering from this very real problem.
I disagree. It’s not completely on point but inflammation is related to our problems.
There have been studies examining gingival issues and finasteride.
Also see this thread.
I take very good care of my teeth but about 1 year off fin it seemed that my gums slightly receded on the outside of 2 of my top molars, I wouldn;t say its major. But if you look into gum recession there is a known link to endocrine abnormalities which I am sure I have been left with.
bleeding gums can be a sign of gingivitis. i’ve read that gingivitis can cause an immune reaction throughout the body… i started flossing a lot and i’m going to get a thorough dentist exam.
