I think you will be quite pleased with your new regimine. You will notice a big difference in everything from how your body responds at the gym to how Mr. Johnson responds downstairs.
I just started exercising again after a brief hiatus forced on me from work. After doing a minimal amount of exercises, I’m pumped. Just like the old days. My body holds it too. I can feel my test is up.
I don’t think you need to apply any moisturizer but technically it should increase conductivity. As long as you keep the contacts clean and the area shaved down, I believe there is enough moisture in that area to keep the conductivity up.
Another thing that all men here should look into: Penile Exercises. After having a shriveled and numb penis for so long, they need to get the blood flowing back to the area and stimulate new growth. I was going to post another thread on this topic along with some progress reports once i really get into it, but that is my new years resolution. To stick with a plan and get gains. The book I have is “Exercising the Penis, how to make your most prized organ bigger, harder and healthier.” by Aaron Kemmer. It is the PE bible and I’m half way through reading it. I plan to start immediately, most likely this week.
THere is a really good write up in the book about how PE is actually good for the prostate and it actually makes the prostate healthier and stronger, something I believe all men with this affliction need. The exercises flush blood and fluid in and out of the prostate giving it and the whole pelvic region a good firm workout. Stronger pelvic regions and working out that area of your body is going to stimulate growth, growth that could be rejuvenating to a dead dick. It can’t do anything but help.
It is quite the committment, but I’m doing it for 2010. I’m not going to put it off any more. I know it can only benefit me.
