nothing seem to help this pains down there … anything anybody tried which helped him please share it here so i can try…

I have kind of a similar problem. Please go in some real detail if you want some help. I don’t understand you correctly. Where is the pain exactly? How it feels? How do you be able to feel the pain of your bladder and prostate?
it moves around so one day is my lower back, another day is deep in my lower gut feels like prostate some days i feel pressure in my a hole these are the exact places of the pain
I can see that you’ve been registered here for a couple of years now, has the pain been a constant for all that time?
I sympathize as recently I’ve been suffering with that pain on and off again, for the first time in my lower back.
Do you find that changing position gives you any relief?
the pain was with me from my early days but i used to hae pain in my penis and balls now it seems they are gone.regarding to lower back pain, it seems it flares up when i eat crappy food(crappy for us) like chocolates scrambled eggs cakes …
I’m sorry to not be able to offer a solution. I just didn’t want to leave the topic dead, I wonder if the pain is referred from elsewhere. I would have assumed the more sexual tissues made some sort of sense, but the areas you indicate aren’t specifically male/testosterone related (I assume with approximately zero real insight).
